We cook the half-pound patty to perfection on our flat-top
griddles, put it on a fresh hamburger bun, then add mustard,
lettuce, tomatoes, pickles and onions. The result? A juicy,

*For the majority of their lives our
Black Angus cattle graze on lush pasture land through-out the mid-west. Prior to processing each animal is fed a high quality corn-based feed ration that enhances meat tenderness and flavor.
