Everything on a Kincaid's burger is fresh, from the beef
to the vegetables. Kincaid's began as a grocery store,
so we take pride in using fresh produce on our burgers.
The man who invented the Kincaid's burger, O. R. Gentry,
took vegetables from his produce rack and cut them fresh
daily. Today, we still do it his way, using the freshest
produce we can get.
We use whole-head iceberg lettuce, vine-ripe tomatoes,
and whole yellow onions. We slice them throughout the
day, as we need them, to keep the vegetables fresh and
the burgers tasting great.
